Ron Schwab, M&A Advisor and Certified Business Broker

Ron Schwab is currently engaged in the merger and acquisition business, bringing a diverse background in sales and marketing in three Fortune 100 companies, as well as ownership in a $15M small business enterprise.

Ron has a BS degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from San Diego State University. He spent 20 years in the telecommunications and software industries where he held various positions in sales, sales management, and executive management.

He also spent 10 years in the petroleum industry as majority owner of a petroleum marketing firm in the San Francisco bay area. He had various responsibilities including financial oversight and profit and loss responsibility.

Ron currently serves on the Capital Campaign Committee of the Cancer Support Community of the San Francisco Bay Area and the Concord Pavilion Citizens Advisory Committee for the City of Concord. In the recent past, he also served on the Boards of the Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital Foundation and the Auburn Placer Performing Arts Center. He was awarded the Rising Star Award by the Auburn Chamber of Commerce for his leadership in hosting the Amgen Tour of California and the Community Golf Classic. He is a graduate of both Leadership Contra Costa 2017 and Leadership Auburn 2011. He is also founder and Chairman of the Ygnacio Valley High School Alumni Scholarship Fund.

Ron has a Real Estate Brokers License in the State of California BRE#01716123. He is a Certified Business Broker and member of the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB). He is also a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).

Leslie Horton, M&A Advisor, Business Expert, and CFO

Leslie Horton is a successful M&A Advisor, CFO and Entrepreneur. Her multi-faceted capabilities include a passion for deal making, negotiation, raising money through numerous channels, business development, creating strategic plans and assembling corporate and advisory boards. She holds professional credentials as an M&A expert, a business coach and a NLP practitioner. Leslie earned her MBA from Santa Clara University and is an active California CPA.

Leslie brings an exceptional depth and breadth of expertise across multiple industries within the M&A and CFO realms. She specializes in several industries including: contract, specialty and proprietary manufacturing, distribution, software, various high-tech specialties, professional firms, service industries and select main street opportunities. In this capacity Leslie has achieved numerous successful acquisitions/mergers within the mid-level market and on behalf of smaller companies.

As a Finance Executive, Leslie has raised $100+ Million, served as a key contributor in growing a start-up from $6M in revenues to more than $100M in 2-1/2 years, facilitated two public offerings, worked closely with institutional investors/bankers, written fundable business plans, and formulated strategic initiatives to move companies ahead for noteworthy outcomes. She has worked at three Fortune 100 firms and also in VC-funded emerging companies.

Leslie received the President's Award from the Sunnyvale Chamber, was honored at a gala dinner and was awarded commendations from several federal and state politicians. She currently serves on the boards/advisory boards of several companies and is an Executive Director for the Auburn Airport Business Park Association.

Leslie, an M&A Advisor, has a Real Estate License in the State of California, BRE #00941805. She is a member of the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB) and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).
